Annual Essay Contest

We are now accepting essay applications until October 20, 2023.  Our Foundation will award 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners $500, $300, and $200, respectively.  The 1st place winner will compete at District for a chance to win up to $5,000 in the IHQ competition.  To be eligible, participants must be college bound high school seniors in Prince William County, Stafford County,  Manassas, and Manassas Park.  Application and instructions can be downloaded by selecting the below file.
